There was an intense atmosphere in the Joint Warangal district Parakala constituency. They raised concerns in Sayanpeta village in Geesugonda Mandal, alleging that injustice was being done to the deserving in the distribution of Dalitbandhu. It is alleged that the information and guidance were given only to ten families belonging to the TRS party without letting it out to other people.
They were quite angry for considering only those people who took the SC Corporation loans eligible for the scheme. It is alleged that the former MLA Challa Dharmareddy was asked to give Dalit Bandhu to all the Dalits in the village and in response, the MLA replied that he would give only to the TRS workers.
The protestors strictly condemned the words spoken by the MLA, Dharmareddy. On this occasion, they burnt the effigy of Dharmareddy in the Mandala Center and protested. They demanded equal justice for all Dalits.
They raised their voices demanding the government to give Dalit Bandhu to all Dalits rather than focusing on just the party workers. Also warned that otherwise, all the Dalits will get united and restrict Dharmareddy from entering the villages.
