BJP MLA Raghunandan Rao has said that IT Minister KTR seems to be in a hurry as he is worried that the TRS party is in a vulnerable situation in the state. He alleged that the KCR government was delaying the formation of a delegation on river water pumping. He commented that there was a delay in the pumping of Krishna river water due to the fact that KCR went to the Supreme Court about this.
He alleged that CM KCR was the reason for injustice to Telangana in the matter of Krishna waters. He said it was ridiculous that KTR did not know that KCR had signed a memorandum of understanding for the use of 290 TMCs of water. Raghunandan Rao made sensational remarks that both the father and son has no time to talk about the issues of the people of Telangana.
Talking about the illicit activities in the state, he also criticized the TRS regime for having the retired officers still being held in the office with the intention that the facts should not come out. ‘Now what about the promise to give 24 hours of free electricity?’ He asked. He alleged that there was no 24-hour power supply in the state except in Gajwel, Siddipet, and Sirisilla constituencies.
Further, Raghunandhan also criticized the government for not paying attention to the demands of farmers on supplying electricity even at night. He affirmed that the field-level facts with regards to the free current are entirely different. Raghunandan Rao demanded the senior TRS leaders step ahead and have an open discussion on this.
