Congress President Rahul Gandhi landed in a legal trouble for his controversial comments made four years ago. Rahul, who alleged it’s the RSS behind the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi was sent legal notices to appear before the court.
RSS activist Rajesh Kunte filed a defamation case against Rahul Gandhi for his comments on RSS and the court allowed the framing of charges against the Congress chief under Section 499 and 500 of the IPC. Rahul Gandhi who was supposed to attend the court last month had appeared before Bhiwandi court today.
