The Rajagopal Reddy controversy in Congress is getting darker. CLP leader Bhatti Vikramarka tried to pacify him but Rajagopal did not back down. Discussions with him went on for more than three and a half hours. Rajagopal Reddy once again made hot comments after the meeting. He said that there is no original Congress in Telangana at present.
He went on to say that those who fought for the state formation are not respected and not given a respectful place in Congress. He made hot comments saying that they are giving positions to those who come from everywhere, he also said that votes are not as easy as getting applause, and nobody falls for movie dialogues. He said that Bhatti came with the feeling that he would be far away from Congress.
Rajagopal Reddy said that he is not in confusion and is speaking with complete clarity. He said that since the BJP is in power at the Centre, it is believed that it will defeat the TRS. He said that even though 12 MLAs were gone, the leadership did not care and said that BJP will gain strength in the coming days. Earlier, he decided that his decision will be based on public opinion polls.
He said that he will meet with the people of the constituency in the coming days. He said that Etela, who came out of TRS, should observe why he did not join Congress and should work more seriously to defeat KCR. Rajagopal Reddy also fired at Minister Jagadishwar Reddy for not providing him funds when he asked for them with the sole intention of developing the constituency.
On the other hand, there are reports that some Congress leaders have complained about this matter to the leadership. Some other leaders are openly criticizing the behavior of Rajagopal Reddy. It seems that the strategist Sunil has also been sent to Komati Reddy.
