While the whole country is in the search for the rape-accused Nityananda, the self-styled godman declared a new nation. Yes, you heard it right, though the exact location lies unknown, Nityananda reportedly set up his own country, ‘Kailaasa’, the Hindu nation. According to the official website by the same name, ‘Kailaasa’ was described as the greatest Hindu nation on earth which carries its own flag and emblem.
Into details, the self-proclaimed godman Nityananda who went missing after cases filed against him over child abuse and rape. However, he shocked everyone by going live on his YouTube channel on Tuesday evening delivering gyan. In the video it was revealed that the telecast is from an island near Trinidad and Tobago which was later announced as the nation through the website hosted by his ashram. Soon after which reports floated that Nithyananda has bought the island in Ecuador in central Latin America and has declared it an independent, new nation. The website described it as “a nation without borders created by dispossessed Hindus around the world who lost the right to practice Hinduism authentically in their own countries”.
Shockingly, the website says ‘Kailaasa’ has its own “passport”. The symbols on the passport include the flag of Kailaasa, called Rishabha Dhvaja, and features Nithyananda along with Nandi, Lord Shiva’s mount. The website claims Kailasaa also has its own cabinet comprising departments such as health, technology, enlightened civilisation, human services, housing, commerce, and treasury. The ‘Kailaasa’ stands for universal free healthcare, free education, free food, and the revival of temple-based lifestyle, says the website.
While it still remained a question for the immigration authorities of how Nityananda flew to Ecuador, Ministry of External Affairs stated that they are digging deep into the IP addresses which was traced to Dallas, Texas, in the USA.
