Tolivelugu Crime Bureau: Rayadurgam, is a super-expensive region where one cannot buy a one-acre of land even by paying a massive Rs 70 crore per acre. The Supreme Court ruled that 84 acres of land in such an area belong to the Telangana government. The dispute over that land has been going on for 5 decades. The ULC Act was thrown into further controversy after its repeal. But Deputy Collector Tirupati Rao, RDO Chandrakala’s records Safeguarding, and the Follow App have come together. But there are doubts whether the government leaders will bow before the real mafia. They even went to the high court without any authority and got verdicts. Take a position among such people, or give them a chance again? It is being discussed.
Litigations like this!
Wali Ullah Hussaini applied to the RDO in 1965 to implement the fact that the government had granted him a degree in 1958. The then Joint Collector canceled in 1968 that the Board of Revenue rules were not applicable to this land. In 1971, when an appeal was filed, the Joint Collector upheld the verdict. But a person named Ramulu went to the city civil court against Vali saying that they bought it in 1962 with a registered sale deed. Ramulu’s petition was dismissed in 1997. When he went to the High Court, Wali’s son Aji Zallah Hussaini also filed cases in the High Court. Serilingampally Tehsildar received instructions to carry out the mutation of a person named Lingamayya. The then MMAR Tirupati Rao studied this and took records of it as government land. But, Lingamayya suffered a setback with the records set by the MRO. This went to the Supreme Court. The court dismissed it in 2019. However, in the petition filed by Wali’s family, the High Court ruled that it is private land with the influence of the real mafia. There are allegations that there is a lot of fuss behind this verdict. A special leave petition has been filed asking how they will be given while the Supreme Court is ruling on these. As a result, the two judgments were regarded as ‘stayed’ and the judgment came that 84 acres is government land.

The trial was held in the High Court. Prabhas has put in an application that regularization will be done. If ignored, it will spread to hundreds of acres!
Even if the government makes a small mistake, all the disputed lands will go into the hands of the realty mafia who are waiting for such lands. Lands have already been encroached on by them. If proper steps are not taken even now, it will affect the rest of the disputed lands as well.
