Anantha Sriram is one of the few lyricists in Tollywood who pens down the songs with a perfect balance in contemporary and traditional styles. The young and talented lyricist is also famous for his impressive speeches at the audio releases. In his recent interview with ‘Ali tho Saradaga’, the lyricist has revealed a shabby incident faced with an anonymous music director which drew the attention of film circles. In the talk show hosted by comedian Ali famous for bringing out the emotional side of the celebrities, Anantha Sriram opened up about his experiences in Tollywood. When asked about the bitter incidents in his career, the lyricist said that a famous music director rejected his lyrics only because it has God’s name in it. “He liked the lyrics but has rejected to compose. He insulted his own career. I then decided to not work with such a person who cannot respect the work he is doing,” said Sriram. However, the lyricist refused to reveal the name of the music director. While names like Anup Rubens and Yuvan Shankar Raja are being speculated, fans and music lover took to social media to express their anguish.
