Nandamuri Tarakaratna (NTR) who was on a ventilator in Narayana Hrudayalaya Hospital for the last 23 days passed away. His body will be taken to his residence on Sunday morning. On Monday from 7 am to 4 pm, it will be kept in the Telugu Film Chamber for public viewing. The last rites will be conducted at Mahaprasthan at 5 pm.
Taraka Ratna was born on February 22, 1983. He made his entry as a hero in 2002 as Nandamuri’s successor. He broke records by opening 9 films in a single day. No hero in the world has opened 9 movies on the same day as Tarakaratna. He owns this rare record. He acted in about 23 films as a hero, villain, and character artist.
Currently, two films are in the shooting stage. Also, the movie Mr. Tarak is ready for release. Last year he acted in a web series called 9 Hours. Tarakarathna is married to fashion designer Alekhya Reddy and has a daughter named Nishka.
Taraka Ratna is well known for films like Okato No. Kurradu, Yuvaratna, Tarak, Bhadradri Ramudu, Amaravati, Venkatadri, Bhakta Siriyalu and Saradhi. In 2009, he received the Nandi Award for Best Villain for Amaravati. On the one hand, he was busy with movies and on the other hand, he was actively participating in TDP activities.
He also thought to contest as an MLA in the next election. In this order, TDP National General Secretary Nara Lokesh participated in the padayatra. Walked for a while with Lokesh on the first day. But he collapsed while walking on the trip. He fought death for 23 days and breathed his last.
