In the presence of Rahul Gandhi in Delhi, many TRS leaders including Badangpet Mayor Parijata Narasimha Reddy joined the Congress party. Speaking on the occasion, Revanth said that the leaders of TRS are sidetracking the issues. He criticized them for telling lies that Hyderabad will be made a cosmopolitan city. It is alleged that when there is little rain, the water is completely clogged on the roads.
He said that KCR did not focus on the pursuit of public issues and that is why many TRS leaders are joining Congress. He criticized that Modi and KCR were making drama together and opened the Flexi war without talking about public issues. He said that the national executive committee meetings of the BJP were held to divert public issues across the country. He also fired that there was no focus on the promises of partition in the state, even though there were many issues pending.
Revanth said that the development in Telangana is stagnant and Rahul Gandhi was keen on fighting on public issues. He said that whoever comes will have an appropriate position like other leaders. He said there was no mention of farmers dying in Telangana, unemployment, and mass murders in BJP meetings. They criticized that they were speaking with a flawed agreement without pointing out each other’s mistakes.
Revanth said that the state developed during the Congress rule from 2004 to 2014. He said that many schemes have been introduced by the Congress government. He also stated that as part of the development of Hyderabad, the outer ring road, airport, and IT sector were developed during the Congress regime.
