TPCC Chief Revanth Reddy reacted to the High Court verdict in the case of CS Somesh Kumar. He stated that Somesh is the leader of the Bihar gang and demanded to remove him from the office on an immediate basis. He wants to review the decisions taken by him as CS so far and investigate them by CBI. The Dharani portal brought by Somesh was demanded to be canceled.
Revanth said that Somesh is now facing his fate for being blind to the farmers who died due to errors in Dharani. It is suggested to give priority to the IAS of the Telangana region. Reacting to the transfer of IPS officers, Revanth said that Bihar officers are being given high priority. He accused the Telangana government of doing injustice to the officials. Now the same thing has been reminded once again in the matter of CS.
Telangana CS Somesh Kumar’s cadre allotment dispute was handed down by the High Court on Tuesday. A decision was taken to cancel the continuation in Telangana. The High Court overturned the orders of the Central Administrative Tribunal. Somesh was assigned to AP by the Center during the bifurcation of the state. But, he favored Telangana. He approached the Central Administrative Tribunal against allocating him to AP.
Somesh is continuing in Telangana with CAT orders. Along with Telangana CS, 15 other Alindia Services officials are also working here with CAT orders. However, the Center approached the High Court in 2017 to quash the CAT order. Recently there were arguments on this and the CJ Bench of Telangana High Court dismissed the order of CAT. Somesh Kumar’s counsel requested that the execution of the verdict stay for 3 weeks. But, the court did not agree to it.
