BJP is now focusing on Telangana state. Modi’s meeting with BJP corporators in the city has become a hot topic in the state as arrangements are being made for the National Working Committee meetings. The meeting lasted for almost an hour and a half.
During the meeting, Modi directed the representatives about the upcoming elections. He made key suggestions on development programs in Greater Hyderabad and on the steps to be taken to strengthen the party. Modi also inquired about the arrangements for the National Working Committee meetings.
The meeting took place at the PM’s residence at around 6 p.m. Modi spoke to every corporator. Inquired about their family circumstances, children’s education, and well-being. Modi advised 47 corporators to fight at the MLA level.
Among those who met the Prime Minister were several leaders including Union Minister Kishan Reddy, OBC Morcha national president Laxman, BJP state president Bandi Sanjay and MLA Rajasinghe. Prior to the meeting, the corporators met BJP general secretary for organizational affairs BL Santosh.
