The health of jailed RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav who is now undergoing treatment at a hospital in Ranchi has reportedly deteriorated on Saturday. As per the reports from the officials, the former Bihar chief minister will be airlifted to AIIMS Delhi via air ambulance at 6 pm Saturday.
Sources confirmed that Lalu’s blood sugar level has shot up while his kidneys are also not functioning properly while Lalu’s son Tejashwi Yadav said that his father also shown water deposition, which is a cause of worry.

Lalu Prasad’s wife Rabri Devi, daughter Misa Bharti and sons Tejashwi Yadav and Tej Pratap Yadav visited Lalu at the Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) in Ranchi on Friday night.
Meanwhile, the jail authorities sought approval from the CBI court to airlift the leader. To note, Lalu Prasad has been lodged in prison after being convicted in the fodder scam case, has taken ill over past months.
