Telangana can never forget the Disha rape and murder case which shook the country. While the then cop head Sajjanar and his team encountered all the accused in the city outskirts, the move drew flak of many welfare outfits considering humanitarian grounds. However, the Supreme Court Judicial Committee is still inquiring into the encounter with the complaints from the bereaved families. The families have been accusing that that the police killed their children on purpose. Police sources still feel that the issue would soon escalate and a few police officials will be penalized or barred.

However, despite the increasing demands for an encounter in the Saidabad girl case, sources revealed that another encounter would welcome unwanted troubles for the Hyderabad police department which is bad light.
