ED says Kavitha must attend the investigation!
In a shocking decision, ED says that Kavitha must attend the investigation. The ED has rejected Kavitha’s requisition wherein she has informed that she cannot attend the investigation due to ill health and also as her petition is pending with the court.
In the light of ED’s rejection of Kavitha’s request, now whether she is going to attend the investigation and what might be her next step are the issues gaining importance. Another point is what would be the action to be taken by the ED, in case Kavitha was not attending the investigation.
There was high drama from morning itself, on Kavitha attending the ED’s investigation. The initial reports suggested that Kavitha would be coming before the media at 10 AM…then there is a talk that she would be coming by 10:30 AM…afterwards, though Kavitha is expected to be before the ED at 11 AM, she has not come out of KCR’s residence, where she is staying.
In the morning at KCR’s residence, it was believed that Kavitha had a meeting with legal experts along with Ministers Harish Rao and KTR. Later on at about 11:30 AM, the information sought by the ED was sent to the office of the ED, through Soma Bharath, Senior Advocate & BRS Party General Secretary.
