Proving the social media slogan ‘reel villain turns real hero’ true, actor Sonu Sood yet again turned the Demigod for a family from a remote village in Andhra Pradesh.
The actor is constantly being lauded by the social media this time sent a tractor to the farmer family within hours span who happened to post a video ploughing the land with his two daughters carrying the yoke on their shoulders.
Moved by the video, Sonu Sood immediately Mr Sood pledged to send a pair of ox to the farmer, but later said the family deserved a tractor. Staying true to his words, the actor managed to send a new tractor was delivered to Nageswara Rao and his family living in Mahalrajupalle village by Sunday night.

However, things took an interesting turn as the farmer’s family wants to give the tractor to panchayat stating that the video was done for fun. Confirming the same, Mandal Parishad development officer snubbed the media reports that the family could not afford to engage oxen or a tractor.
It was learnt that Nageswara Rao owns a tea shop and is now in his native village due to corona lockdown. The family wanted to have a sweet memory in their village while they have taken some photos and videos which unexpectedly went viral on news channels and social media.
With this news spreading like a wildfire, a section of social media came down on Sonu Sood for helping the undeserving people. “We wholeheartedly appreciate his timely help with a kind heart. But all his kindness goes in vain if the help goes to the wrong person,” said a netizen.
