Crime Bureau, Tolivelugu: It seems that there is no end to the series of setbacks Megha is facing with respect to the NRI college affairs. Earlier, Supreme Court has given an unexpected verdict keeping Megha in check, but now the whole conflict has reached out to Amit Shah. Former Jharkhand DGP Mandava Vishnuvardhan Rao, appointed by the tribunal, met the Home Minister. In this meeting, he explained to him in detail everything that is happening at NRI College. They both talked for about 20 minutes. As assumed, it is already known that Megha is quite angry at the appointment of Mandava Vishnuvardhan Rao as a special officer. After hearing all these developments, Amit Shah went on to question himself if NRIs would ever behave in such a way if they own stakes of the college.
Inquiring about the college affairs and illegal cases, the Home Minister promised to solve all the problems soon. The Center is serious as complaints are being received against Megha Krishna Reddy every day. Special focus was put on his irregularities. This seems to be setting a trap for Megha Krishna Reddy, who aspired to own the college costing thousands of crores of rupees for 200 crores. Yesterday, Megha company had a hard time at the hands of the Supreme Court. Now the whole conflict just got more dramatic with the assumed entry of the center.
In 2017, Megha made an entry to occupy NRI College. Directors split into groups. There were many fights. After that, the arbitration tribunal appointed the former DGP of Jharkhand Mandava Vishnuvardhan Rao as a special officer as a means of settlement. But, the team of Megha started to take action against the officer for simply doing what they were ordered to pursue rightfully. Just as the two employees of Megha were questioned on their conduct, Megha blew the issue out of proportion by misusing their influence on the media. Moreover, criminal cases were filed against that honest officer. Even though he was an officer in name, he was not allowed to work even for a single day. However, for all the good reasons, their anarchy didn’t go for long. The Supreme Court, which has observed everything, has given a crucial verdict. It has been decided that henceforth all the powers will be vested in a special officer. The High Court also said the same. The court hearing Vishnuvardhan’s petition issued the stay order on the case.
Megha Krishna Reddy’s plan to build a college worth thousands of crores has finally failed. Now the ball is in Amit Shah’s court. Amit Shah took a report from the Special Officer about how Krishna Reddy took over the NRI College, how the money transfers were done, and all the details. He also explained the difficulties he faced since his arrival. It seems that Amit Shah is serious about this matter.
The staff thinks that in the current situation Megha has to leave NRI College. Now it is believed that with the Supreme Court’s stay order, and Amit Shah’s entry, there might be a situation created where it will be declared that Megha is trying to obstruct the Special officer from doing his job. Well, they are not wrong in thinking so. Because there are so many illicit activities that took place in these years. In the medical college, which should be calm, they have been creating an atmosphere of war every day. They have dragged the reputation of the college to the rock bottom. The employees who have endured all these years are celebrating knowing that the center has paid attention.
