A few of the points like mark on the neck not matching with the cloth used, other marks on the body, missing room duplicate key and CCTV footage added strength to the theory of murder. Swamy also quoted that there is no small table or furniture in the room which might have helped Sushant to strangle himself.
It is to the known knowledge that Dr Subramanian Swamy had penned a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi urging CBI investigation in actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case which was also acknowledged by the PM. Swamy also stated that he will move the Court and is just waiting for Mumbai Police to do their job.
Meanwhile, a series of events took place on Wednesday after Sushant’s father filed an FIR against the actor’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty. Rhea along with five other family members have been booked under charges of abetting the suicide, embezzlement, cheating, and conspiracy under Sections 340, 342, 380, 406, 420, 306 of the IPC.
Within hours, the actress moved Supreme Court urging for the transfer of the investigation from Bihar to Mumbai, as the investigation in Mumbai was still pending.
