Actor Prudhvi who hit to fame with ’30 years industry’ dialogue has tested his fortune in politics also with hard-hitting comments on the then government and TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu. Apart from his responsibilities in MAA, Prudhvi has been balancing his roles making flash appearances in movies also now and then. However, nothing was the same after his controversial comments on the Amaravati farmers. Calling the farmers as paid artists, Prudvi stirred the hornet’s nest welcoming criticism from all ends of the political spectrum. In a recent revelation, an audio clip which is alleged to be Prudvi’s personal call with one of the employees of SVBC has been talking rounds in the social media shocking everyone.
The audio call has an intimate conversation is alleged to take place between Prudvi and an unknown woman. The voice clip has the male voice proposing to the lady and confronting is feelings to hug her. This audiotape welcomed a wave of criticism from both movie and political circles. On the other hand, Prudvi reacted to the allegations on him. He claimed that he has utmost respect towards women and it was not his voice in a clip. “I swear on Tirupati Balaji that it is not me on the call recording. Everyone who knows me clearly will tell you the same. I condemn these allegations on me and I am ready to face any kind of enquiry,” he said addressing the media regarding the same.
