Known for her boldness, Taapsee Pannu has yet again hit the tabloid headline with her comments. But this time it was Big B who is literally worshipped by the cinephiles. In her recent interview with a renowned entertainment website, this ‘Mission Mangal’ actress expressed discontent over the film industry for being a male-dominated one. She came down for giving more credit to Bollywood’s legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan who starred opposite Taapsee in ‘Badla’. She stated that the industry failed in realising her efforts put in the films playing competitive roles. “Despite giving my 100 per cent and working for more days, it shot me down that Amitabh was given credit and eventually they called it his film,” she added. Taapsee stated that this came as a disappointment to her that actresses need to claim their performance to establish themselves in the industry. Talking in the same, Taapsee talked her mind with actress-turned-talk show host Neha Dhupia on her show, ‘No Filter Neha’. “At times people recognise my work after I raise my voice,” she said. On the work front, the actress received a tad with ‘Saand Ki Aaakh’ opposite Bhumi Pednekar.
