Gone are the days when the Telugu states CMs KCR and Jagan are on an understanding with a promise to work for the mutual benefit to Andhra and Telangana. While the elections heated up the scenarios in the state political circles, both the state CMs seems to wage a Cold War against each other from the past few months.
Breaking this, Telangana CM KCR in recent times has been taking a dig at the Jagan-led government amplified in recent times. The TRS supremo in recent times was seen making curious comments on Andhra taking special reference to the real estate business.
In a meeting with real estate owners, Finance Minister Harish Rao compared the land rates in Telangana and Andhra which received huge applause from the audience. “One acre of land in Telangana now costs equal to four acres in Andhra Pradesh. There is no denial in stating that situation drastically changed in Andhra,” he added.
Political analysts, on the other hand, opined that KCR and the team are deliberately targeting Jagan’s regime to highlight the opportunities in Telangana, Hyderabad in specific.
