Emphasising on ’Social Distancing’ as the only cure for the dreadful Novel Coronavirus, Telangana Chief Minister KCR assured that the state government is all set to face the worst care situations. Confirming that the state has recorded 59 positive cases so far, KCR in a press conference addressed the state-citizen to stay cautions over the spread of infection.
He further said that a critical care unit with 14,000 beds will be set at the Gachibowli stadium which will be opened within a few days. It was also reported that as many as 12,000 medical staff including doctors, nurses and lab technicians will be made available to combat the outbreak. “We are 100 per cent prepared by deploying over 130 per cent increase in the medical staff and effective logistics. developments will be made available in phases manner,” averred KCR.
The Chief Minister hereby instructed the respective district officials to provide shelter and food for the migrant construction workers. “Nine corporations around Hyderabad-Peerzadiguda, Badangpet, Nizampet, Jalpally, Meerpet, Bandlaguda Jaggeer, and Jawahar Nagar were observed to be the corporations with more migrant population.
