TRS, the party with confidence to clean sweep the upcoming municipal elections, seems to be distressed with the simmering discontent from its own candidates. With the nominations episode coming to an end, the party which is now all set to kick-start the election campaigning is rumoured to be in trouble with its own candidates. Though the party has an edge of being in power, this simmering discontent has now become a new headache for the high command, forcing the scion KTR to step in. Party sources revealed that minister KTR is all busy with neck-deep troubles from independents from the party.
It is to the known knowledge that rebel candidates are growing with each passing day. While a few of the political analysts opined that the TRS has a serious threat from the rebels as they can split the votes into potential municipalities. With this happening, KTR and KCR are said to hold talks directly with a few of the senior party members, while it has become an unofficial note that KTR will be available at TRS Bhavan until the nomination withdraw episode comes to an end. TRS Bhavan corridors have been witnessing a flow of ministers and MLAs regarding the same which were being addressed by KTR and his team. However, the news has it that KTR gave strict orders to the senior party cadre to control the stubborn candidates with an iron hand.
