Tolivelugu Crime Bureau: Gold Stone Prasad and Pardhasaradhi are now making extensive attempts to acquire the remaining C.S. 14 lands. Even though their attempts are being rejected in court, with the backing of the ruling party they are consistently at it with the documents. They are trying to get hold of the position even as the trial of the title is going on in court. They have already sold 13 acres and 7 acres in 57 in survey no. Due to the huge increase in the rates, they are trying to take up constructions with stolen documents. They are using all means of loopholes in the legalities and using their muscle power to get hold of these precious lands. In 2010, through 710,711,712 applications, they mutated claiming that they had the final decree. The descendants of the Nizam and the farmers in the position raised objections to this. After thorough research, the Collector has given a conclusion regarding Case No. D5/5519/2015, D5/5520/2015, and D5/5521/2015. The report stated that the company, which does not belong to Gold Stone has no final decree. They went to the Division Bench of the High Court in 2018 against the Collector’s verdict. Again for the final decree!
They filed applications regarding the CS 14 lands, a total of 74 acres in Balanagar Hashmat Peta Survey No. 1, and 39 acres in 57. Sr 74306/2018 & 74308 of 2018- issued interim orders on which notices were given to all the parties under CS 14. But Trinity InfraVentures Pvt Ltd, a Goldstone Group, challenged the Division Bench orders in the Supreme Court stating that notice to all parties was not required to grant final decree applications and filed Miscellaneous Application No. 455/2022 in the Supreme Court of India challenging the Division Bench order. And while this petition is pending in the Supreme Court, the sector is ready to re-flat these lands. Keeping the police under control, the TRS leader is getting angry with the flags. All-out efforts are being made to take the lands under such litigation.
410 acres of land in Malkaram, near Shamshabad, and Hyder Nagar Survey No. 163, next to Miyapur are all being heard in the High Court. They have to file cases in court and clear them.
