Corona cases are on the rise in the state of Telangana. The government is taking steps to curb them. On the other hand, the medical staff is providing the vaccine back home, regardless of whether it is a rural town or not. But, Omicron’s third Wave is growing exponentially. In this context, Health Minister Tanniru Harish Rao is taking precautionary measures in hospitals.
He recently made a key announcement revealing that 56 thousand new beds have been set up across the state. He said that facilities have been set up to ensure speedy treatment for patients coming with corona cases. “Doing house to house fever survey, we are providing free medical kits,” he said.
He urged people to not go to corporate hospitals and waste money. He said the government was ensuring a good health setup for all. He assured people to not get worried because of the COVID and affirmed that the Govt is taking all possible steps to curb the upheaval. He said the government was keeping an eye on the people. He said the people of the state should not forget that the government would stand by them in case of any danger.
He was asked to undergo corona tests immediately if they have even mild symptoms. He advised them to use a home isolation kit if in doubt. It was clarified that special facilities have been set up in all government hospitals. Harish Rao said the health department was prepared to deal with the corona.
