Crime Bureau, Tolivelugu: Crime Bureau has been talking about ‘Mana Uru Mana Badi’ scams since the beginning. How did Megha sketch the plot? Where did he start it? How was it implemented? Tolivelugu has been giving the stories in this order. Now the orders given by the High Court are in that direction. The Telangana Education Welfare Infrastructure Development Corporation, which recently admitted the manipulations of duel desk and furniture tenders, has recently followed the same path in the case of green boards. A bench of Justice Laxman investigated the case. On this occasion, the officials clarified that this tender is also being canceled.
Like the rest of the tenders, tenders were awarded to the companies associated with Megha in the green chalkboards as well. While giving the tenders, they said that there is no guarantee that technically the low bidders will do the honest work and deliver good results, citing such reasons, they ended up giving the tenders to Megha. Only three companies formed as a syndicate with that company tried to secure tenders even though they were not eligible. When the monopolists approached the court, the government admitted that the irregularities were real and clarified that it is canceling the tender. This tender is up to Rs.165 crores.
The other day, Megha did not miss complications in the matter of duel desk and furniture tenders. TSEWDIC admitted everything when there was an inquiry in the High Court on tenders Gol Mall. Hence those tenders were canceled. Now with the involvement of Tolivelugu, the state of condition of Megha Krishna Reddy isn’t quite the same as before. Crime Bureau has been giving stories from the beginning, saying ‘While the money belongs to the people, it is Megha that is showing it off!’ It is revealed that the tenders are designed with the intentions and ideologies of Megha- the threatening meets in the Taj Hotel- and many other incidents, Tolivelugu covered all the incidents in its exclusive stories.
Telangana Education Welfare Infrastructure Development Corporation has invited tenders for the supply of painting, 3,41,265 dual desks for teachers and headmasters, tables and chairs for teachers and HMs, and 1,39,585 green chalkboards in 26,065 schools under Mana Uru Mana Badi at a cost of Rs.1,539 crore. The Telangana government has introduced this scheme of Rs.8 thousand crores. 20 percent share should be given to MSMEs in such schemes. The Center brought this Act in 2004. But Megha Krishna Reddy won the tenders even though she was not qualified. Thousands of crores of scams have been launched in alliance with eligible companies. The companies that bid less than them were sidelined stating that they did not have technical qualifications.
The Megha company has been in a drama with alliances with various big companies and planning on doing various fraudulent contracts. The CBI has also received complaints about this embezzlement case. A company that participated in the tenders approached the High Court. Recently it has issued orders not to take a final decision on the continuation of the tender process. In the same order, the Commissionerate of Tenders raised many objections to the tenders called by the Education Department, except for painting.

In this background, the government admitted that there were irregularities in the tenders of duel desks, furniture, and green chalkboard in the high court. Those tenders are said to be canceled. Four companies participated in the tender of dual desks. Even though the initial tender was coded at a low price, instead of giving it to them, they gave it to the company that had put a fake experience certificate at a high price. Both of these have direct connections with Megha. Five companies have qualified for the furniture tender. But those who participated in the tenders were sidelined for silly reasons. The committee gave the tender only to the companies that were tied up with Megha, and the companies that spend more money are welcome.
