Crime Bureau, Tolivelugu: Not even one day back, Tolivelugu published an article unearthing the illicit registration of a 595 yards land by Megastar Chiranjeevi. Ravindranath Chowdhury’s team claiming not guilty over this. They say that the land was approved under the leadership of Narendra Chowdhury and they only implemented it. Based on this, the old committee released a list of registrations from 2006 to 2021. To over 29 people, lands were registered from 58 yards to a maximum of 650 yards.
An application must first be made to GHMC for this process. The layout should be modernized and approved. Only then will the Board of Governors of the Society have the power to register. In this situation, the people here thought of themselves as above the law and went ahead doing the registration in an unfair manner. If the Narendra Chaudhary team makes a mistake, the new committee will have the power to go to court and cancel it, or they may hand over that they do not recognize the illegal registrations. With Ravindranath Chowdhury not accepting the mistake, the whole society people are expressing concerns.
What happened actually?
Vamsi Krishna and Praveena, the owners of Plot No. 303O, 303Q, adjacent to Chiranjeevi’s house entered the High Court in 2002. They filed an RIT petition against the First Police Battalion, Yusuf Gowda, and Vijaya Co-operative Housing Building Society Limited for allegedly occupying the lands.
Government land adjoining Housing Society Allotted 6.23 acres of land to Commandant 1st Battalion GVMS No.1989, -Dated Revenue 14.12.1965. In 2002, an RIT petition was filed alleging that a builder is doing illegal construction on the lands. W.A. Society irregularities were officially exposed in a 2002 survey. The plot of land in the layout is near one another. Chiranjeevi concluded that there was an additional 250 * 360 i.e. one thousand yards of land on the south side of the house. But now Chiranjeevi has occupied only 595 yards of it and registered it. The rest of the land story is going to be explained in another article by the Early Light Crime Bureau. It was concluded that there was an additional 250 * 360 i.e. one thousand yards of land on the south side of Chiranjeevi’s house. The court heard that their plots 303O, P, and Q were shown in the layout as having boundaries north of 295, 294, and 293 in their registration document. In the non-position 294, 295 to the north of the house Chiranjeevi house 303 n.lay out. In this area, there is a position that does not fit the calculation. However, Road No. 25 to Plot 303 is to the west, turn 303 at this point and return to Plot 285 at a distance of 50 feet to the east. Sketch on North Boundaries from Plots 285 to 303 and report to the court.
Along with Chiranjeevi’s house, Vamsi Krishna, Subhash of CBIT College, has a 50-foot path to the north. However, there is a huge surplus of land in the middle of Road No. 25 from that road. All that land belongs to the government. Plots 288 to 293 have surplus land to the north and 303 q, p, o, which is the same. All of these plot owners were supposed to have their plots feeling as if they were going to have to leave more land along the road in the future expecting the government to lay roads, starting at 60 feet and going all the way eastwards to 250 feet as the northeast increased. Length can be up to 750 feet. That means about 10,000 yards of land at that place is the surplus government land. With the excuse that there won’t be a road for the extensions, all the people around that illegally encroached on the land and registered it in the name of the society.
What should the authorities do now?
Being an Influential People’s Society, with the media in their hands and a single yard with a current market value of over 4 lakhs, everyone has already occupied this vacant lot. Some have done registrations all at once. Others are in that effort. There is a need to give notices to all of them and see to it that they are regularized by the government. Or 40 percent of open space must be maintained as the Society says. However, they cannot let the VIPs get hold of the lands this way. Recognizing that it is government land, the land worth crores of rupees that went into the custody of the rich people should be seized. Only then will the common man have more faith in democracy. Moreover, the value worth the market value of the land should be collected and made useful to the poor people. This could be one way to restore faith among people through implementing strict rules and regulations. They must realize that these issues involving the media cannot be hidden away.
Tolivelugu will put in front of you another story of how much land has been swept away by the rich and who will benefit from the encroachment of the vacant lands. In the coming days, Tolivelugu will continue to provide you with stories of whales stealing people’s money.
