The case of Palamuru kidnaps is taking new turns with each passing day. Let us help you in understanding the whole story and its status now. It all started with Raghavendra Raju and Vishwanath complaining to the Election Commission that two affidavits were uploaded by Minister Srinivas Goud on the website- which is against the rules. The first affidavit with Srinivas Goud’s defects in the complaint was purposefully tampered with within two days before the results of the elections on November 14, 2018, i.e, on November 19, 2018, with the login of the local election official Jay Srinivas on the Election Commission site.
The summary of the complaint is that the authorities collaborated with the minister and other officials and did this on the EC website intentionally. The Delhi High Court had earlier ruled on the matter. Raghavendra Raju has filed an appeal in the Supreme Court against the verdict. With the case coming up for a trial, intense pressures began to be drawn on it against those who filed the complaint. Illegal cases have come to the fore. A case has also been registered under the offense of attempted murder in which Raghavendra Raju was convicted along with three others.
The Central Election Commission (CEC) has issued a report on the Srinivas Goud issue through a state official. Shortly after it was sent, CEO Shashank Goyal was transferred to the center. As per the report, the tampering actually took place at the event. Based on that, EC completed an investigation with the technical team internally on the allegations. If the tampering is also confirmed by the technical team, there is a possibility of taking action against Minister Srinivas Gowda under IPC and IT laws. However, the Election Commission may be able to manage the case.
However, the politicians can manage the decisions taken by the Election Commission, but when the matter reaches Supreme Court, it is believed to be absolutely out of control. People of Mahbubnagar are cracking up when asked about the legitimacy of the murder attempt on Srinivas Goud.
Are those four in the SOT office?
The four who were kidnapped at Jitender Reddy’s house in Delhi are said to be at the SOT office in Pate Bashir Bagh. An inquiry is underway under the auspices of SOT chief Sandeep Rao. However, the authorities there have set aside the case and are gathering information on what evidence there is against Minister Srinivas Goud. It seems that the police officers were shocked when Raghavendra Raju revealed the truth. Information that the file number and the sections were put in front of the police one by one from the e-mails, created a situation where they were not involved in what to do.
The police were shocked to learn that so much information had been gathered about a minister. Everyone seems to be horrified when Raghu says that it cost Rs 4 crore to do the co-boats with only evidence without any false allegations anywhere. 18 lakhs of rupees were spent on Xerox and stationery only to show how much work was done. It is learned that Raghu had told the police that no matter how much money or whatever he is offered, he is never going to compromise with the minister. It is learned that the police are likely to harass them for not appearing in court for a few more days. It seems that the case will go to court only after getting a green signal from the TRS leaders.
