Crime Bureau, Tolivelugu: Just a few kilometers from Amravati, a well-known medical school. A sacred place for the people of the surrounding areas. A place where many students are becoming successful doctors. Mega Krishnareddy’s eyes fell on such a precious place. The whole conspiracy was already revealed by Tolivelugu Crime Bureau.
Not more than three months ago, Tolivelugu gave a series of exclusive articles on the land encroachment scene of the NRI college near Chinnakakani. However, it seems that the matter will come to a conclusion in a few days.
After the February 12 Tolivelugu articles, it was alleged that only 12 directors, not 18 directors, continued to dominate and misappropriate funds, as well as embezzle large sums of black money in the form of various parties. It was in this context that 18 directors approached the High Court. After hearing the arguments, the High Court appointed retired High Court Chief Justice Devendra Gupta, with judicial powers, to inquire into all matters pertaining to the college. He then issued interim orders.
Vishnuvardhan Rao, a retired IPS officer, has been appointed as the administrative officer to rectify the financial statement that there is a need for a new administration officer now and that the funds are being misused.
Justice Devendra Gupta, who has already interrogated 30 directors, said the decision was taken on the assumption that the officer would act as a mediator to resolve the issues, taking into account the irregularities, accounts, and other issues at the college. A final verdict is expected next month after a full trial. With this, the interim orders to Mega Krishnareddy became a slap on the face. Political and economic analysts are of the opinion that the Interim Orders set an appropriate precedent for Megha’s theory that ‘anything could be bought if one has enough money.
It is learned that various investigating agencies are already focusing on the issue of money. It seems that the majority of students want the college management to bring the old committee and the golden days back.
On the whole, it is said that the verdict is thought to have prevented the NRI medical college from being occupied.
The other directors seemed reassured as the case of the deployment of police forces and the illegal occupation of the college came to light through Tolivelugu. After that, there is talk that the management will go into the hands of the majority of the directors with a plea to go to court and do justice.
