Crime Bureau, Tolivelugu: It is said in the real estate circles that no matter what Megha Krishnareddy eyes on, he won’t step back until getting control over it. Buying off the officers with currency notes, and leaders with commissions, Megha ranks number one in managing and making things function as per his convenience. The Telangana government has introduced an Rs 8,000 crore scheme to develop rural schools. MSMEs should be given a 20 percent stake in such schemes. The law was introduced by the central government in 2004. But Megha Krishnareddy despite being disqualified is the only one who won all the tenders. Thousands of crores of scams are being unleashed by Megha through colluding with qualified companies. Companies that bid lower than them were left with no technical qualifications. The Megha company has been dramatized as having entered into alliances with various companies with thieving deals. The BBI has received complaints about the scam. Representatives of the companies participating in the tenders complained about these irregularities.
Tolivelugu caused the cancellation of Tenders- However, Megha won again
Earlier, Tolivelugu Crime Bureau reported that Megha has been trying to loot the state funds through ‘Mana Ooru Mana Badi’. On April 27, an investigative story was given about the corruption activities of Megha in Telangana schools. On May 4, we announced how MSMEs were being robbed of Rs 7,000 crore as black money. The Department of Education has called for more tenders, raising the rates, fearing that the tenders called for 1/3 of the schools will have to be opened on May 9 and that the original matter will get into trouble in court. Strict rules were put in place to prevent anyone from participating in the tenders except the big companies. Nukiraju, of the engineering department, a follower of Megha Director Srinivas Reddy, played a key role in the leakage of information related to tenders. The Tolivelugu crime bureau conducted a sting operation on those items. The bidding line, which was supposed to open on the 25th, was not opened after that. By stating excuses like Technical problems, on the 30th of the month, the tender applications were opened. In another story published about the incidents that took place on 24th May, we published a story that revealed further details about what happened at Taj Krishna Hotel. With this, the tenders had to be opened on the 25th, but instead, on the 30th, a web paper and what the channel would do were kept a secret.
What is in the CBI complaint?
Painting
The corporate entities have been entrusted to carry forward the painting work in schools. The minister’s son used his influence at a five-star hotel in having some applicants withdraw from the tender. It’s a different matter but the two companies came legally. One is Megha and the other is in collaboration with Asian paints. Asian Paints have a 20 percent stake in it, while Megha has an 80 percent stake. Although many issues were discussed at the pre-bedding meeting, there is a chance that many paint companies will go for a lesser amount. Of these, only two companies were eligible and tenders were awarded to them only by the authorities.
Dual desk
Four companies participated in tenders for these. They all have quoted for a lower price but the tender was given to a company with a fake experience certificate without a higher price. Both of these have a direct relationship with Megha.
Furniture
For this 5 companies have qualified in tenders. But those involved in tenders were sidelined for silly reasons. The committee has given tenders only to companies that have tied up with Megha. They welcomed the companies that are ready to spend more money. The complaint alleges that fake certificates were given priority to the committee. The authorities did not care if the secrets and conspiracies of the big companies were exposed.
Green Chalk Boards Business
Tenders were also given to Megha-compliant companies on chalkboards. However, those who have submitted tenders for a lower price were rejected stating reasons that there is no guarantee on them working honestly on the technical basis. V Ganesh complained that the three companies formed as a syndicate with Megha were trying to rob tenders without qualifications and all of them should be investigated.
The scams in Telangana, the secrets behind them, the land scandals, and the crime bureau of Tolivelugu has been revealing everything about Benamis for months and will keep doing so. One thing we can say is that those who believe that the government is in their hands will learn their lessons soon. We will always put before the people the evidence of those who are squandering public money in the name of development, the government lands worth thousands of crores that are to be used for the needs of the poor, and the public properties that are being given to the benefactors on the basis of favors.
