Crime Bureau, Tolivelugu: After KCR became CM, he developed the prospects of eliminating opposition in Telangana by all means. The migration of leaders from one party to another was greatly encouraged. TRS party welcomed almost every other leader from the opposition parties. This continued even after KCR became CM for the second time. However, it is the Congress party that has suffered the most from these migrations. In the same sequence, BJP gained strength exceptionally. Especially when Bandi Sanjay took the reins, luck stuck like glue. Successes in the by-elections, people flocked everywhere and immigration increased. The BJP, which was in third or fourth place in the elections till then, was in second place in the Munugodu by-elections. After giving a tough fight to the TRS, the message that the alternative to the TRS party is the BJP went to the masses.
During the Munugodu by-elections, the case of TRS MLAs’ purchases came to light. BJP accused KCR of planning for this. TRS leaders started the attack saying that the BJP leaders are involved. There is already a war going on between the two parties like you or me in the liquor scam. It reached a peak during the by-election. In addition to this, the war of words is going on in a range since the case of baiting MLAs came to light. BJP and TRS are in the news without giving a chance to the Congress party anywhere. Due to the internal squabbles in the Congress party, no matter how hard you work, it turns into ashes. Moreover, the dominance of these two parties seems to be high.
SIT is acting aggressively on the farmhouse case. BJP has also sent notices to prominent BJP leader BL Santosh. This gave TRS and BJP leaders a chance to scold. IT and ED have given entry exactly this time. ED has interrogated the Thalasani brothers and L Ramana in the casino case. Notices were also sent to some other leaders. The IT has targeted Minister Mallareddy. His house, relatives, acquaintances’ houses, and offices were searched for two days. IT sources said that a huge amount of cash was found. However, unexpectedly, an attack against Mallareddy was started by IT. They have followed the advice given by KCR in the party executive meeting that if IT and ED continue raids, they should not counter-attack. The IT authorities have also filed a case against him. They filed a case that the IT officer was arrested, the documents they had collected were forcibly torn and the seized laptop was also taken away.
So far, no politician has cooperated with the IT authorities but has not counterattacked like this. Mallareddy, who spoke to the media after the search, complained to the police that an IT officer had misbehaved. In fact, the intention of KCR’s counter-attack is the same. Immediately BJP started a counterattack. BJP state president Bandi Sanjay said that the authorities will respond to those who rob people and make money illegally, and if complaints are received, they will be responsible for checking. If they are talking about those who have earned illegally, the leaders who are criticizing them should answer. Checks or not? He asked. He said that it is not appropriate to talk according to the parties when the officials attack the illegals. He said that it is strange to speak without knowing that the officials have no relation with the parties.
This issue has also turned into BJP vs TRS. If the Rose leaders are accusing the BJP of turning investigation agencies into pocket organizations, Kamal Nath is countering that it is not correct to politicize this too. Without giving a chance to other parties, BJP and TRS parties are competing in the news. That means they are creating a mood that there will be competition between these two parties in the next election. Seeing all these developments, other parties are criticizing that BJP and TRS are playing dramas as a strategy in the early elections. Speaking to the media recently, BSP president RS Praveen Kumar said the same. He criticized that KCR will go to early elections in 6 months and that ED and IT searches are a drama played by TRS and BJP together.
