He once played a crucial role in the state-owned transport corporation on Telangana who played an active role in all the activities including the indefinite strike called by the TSRTC employees. And now, going by the scenarios followed by the called-off strike, Ashwathama, one of the prominent leaders in RTC JAC unions is probably under the radar of KCR and RTC authorities. The state government and the RTC officials who tend to come down and act angles for the employees seem to change their track from the past few days. While many of the employees reported that they were being forced to sign on the form against the employee unions, here comes another move which proved the revenge strategy true. In a fresh revelation, RTC authorities rejected leave applied by the JAC leader Ashwathama.
This came as a shock for the leader who enjoyed the media attention from the past few months. Stating the corporation is already suffering huge loss followed by the strike, the authorities not only rejected Ashwathama’s leave but also issued orders to attend all crucial duties assigned to him. This triggered debates in the TSRTC circles of what would be the leader’s reaction who once roared against the government and the RTC officials.
