Union Minister Nitin Gadkari’s office received threatening calls. The assailants made three threatening calls to his office in Nagpur. The police revealed that the calls were received at 11:25, 11:32, and 12:32 in the morning.
After receiving the information, the Nagpur police reached the Union Minister’s office. It is said that they are investigating where the calls came from. It was revealed that the thugs had made some demands on the minister. Nagpur DCP Rahul Madane explained that they threatened to kill the minister if they were not met.
He said that the Crime Branch police are trying to identify the bystanders who made those calls. Security has been increased for the Union Minister in the wake of threatening calls. Currently, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari is staying in Nagpur. He will celebrate Makar Sankranti there.
