Bouncing back from the permanent ban on his social media handles, Former US President Donald Trump is making grounds ready for his comeback with a sensational decision. According to the close aids on Trump, he is planning to launch his own platform in two to three months.
Adding strength to the rumours, Jason Miller, a spokesman for Trump’s 2020 campaign, told the network that Trump would re-enter the social media space with a new platform of his own that would “completely redefine the game.”
Miller provided no further details, and no comment was immediately available from officials with the Trump Organization.
Trump’s provocative use of social media led to the social media giants to suspend his handles. But Twitter permanently suspended his @realDonaldTrump account after he used it to encourage people to take part in the violent Capitol rally.
Trump was also banned, temporarily or permanently, by other platforms like Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram and YouTube.
