The second session in Andhra Pradesh state assembly heated up with Gannavaram MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi’s comments on TDP while extending a clarification for him meeting Chief Minister Jagan. With Vamsi starting to speak, a few of the TDP MLAs raised slogans against objections interrupting him which irked the former. Using the term ‘Pappu batch’ discursively referring to Nara Lokesh, Vamsi took potshots at TDP team criticising them to be present only on social media. “It funny that people who even don’t know the difference between Jayanthi and vardanthi are commenting me,” he added. He then clarified his meeting with Jagan stating that he has met the later in the position of an MLA for the development of his constituency. Vamsi then urged the speaker to consider him as a special member of the house.
