The sister of the victim, Preeti expressed her anger that Governor Tamilisai had come with flowers to visit the KMC medical student who was undergoing treatment at NIMS Hospital. Preeti’s sister demanded that the government is wasting time without taking action against the person who hospitalized her sister and that a special committee should be immediately appointed and a thorough investigation should be conducted into the KMC incident.
She warned that if injustice is done to the victim, she will be prepared to raise a large-scale protest from their social class. Also, the medical student undergoing treatment in the hospital is not getting proper treatment and requested that no politician come to visit her. The sister of the victim expressed her concern that the accused Saif should be punished severely in connection with this incident.
However, Raj Bhavan reacted to the victim’s sister’s comments. Raj Bhavan has strongly denied the ongoing campaign that the Governor came with a flower garland to visit the medical student. It has been clarified that the garland was placed in the car to be offered at the Hanuman temple in Khairatabad. She explained that it has been customary for the Governor to visit the Hanuman temple in Khairatabad while returning to Raj Bhavan from other places.
It is also said that the governor prayed for the speedy recovery of the victim in the Hanuman temple. The Raj Bhavan has made it clear that as soon as the Governor came to the Raj Bhavan regarding this incident, the Chief Secretary and the DGP have been ordered to carry out a thorough investigation and take action against those responsible.
