A COVID centre in Rajasthan’s Shahabad district, about 430 km from state capital Jaipur got wedding vibes with a couple’s decision to marry despite testing positive for coronavirus. Into details, a couple got married at the Kelwara Covid Centre in Rajasthan’s Bara on Sunday, wearing PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) kits video of which went viral on social media.
As the bride tested positive for the novel coronavirus on the day of her wedding, the family, however, decided to perform the wedding at the COVID centre with following the government’s COVID-19 protocols.

The bride, groom and priest were all seen wearing PPE kits as the former two took the wedding vows. In the video shared by ANI, the priest can be heard chanting the mantras and passing instructions to the couple while brides father performed Kanyadhaan ritual.
The other three persons who attended the marriage were from the three-member committee formed by Baran district collector comprising sub-divisional magistrate, station house officer of Kelwara and block chief medical officer Dr Arif.
