‘Rowdy’ hero Vijay Devarakonda who is on the flop wheel with the disappointments like ‘Dear Comrade’ and ‘World Famous Lover’ is now on the verge of making a Bollywood debut through ‘Fighter’. Be it the rebel & ardent lover Arjun Reddy or cute & innocent Govind character, Vijay Devarakonda managed to fathom unexpected fan base with his experimental films.
Going by his success formula, the Rowdy boy has, however, tasted flops with his recent two films while the critics bashed him for being stuck in the same wheel. However, seems like the actor now decided to follow the age-old commercial formula to get onto the hit track.
Sources close to VD confirmed that the project with star director Puri Jagannath is a calculated move while the commercial movie is proved to be a minimum guarantee formula in Tollywood. Vijay Devarakonda who gained fans for being quirky and different also seems to opt the same track that many other heroes took in the quest of success.
