Former MP Jitender Reddy, a member of the BJP National Working Committee, said that people were finally acknowledging the anarchic rule of KCR. He pointed out people protesting against the hike in electricity charges, protests in front of the SE office in Mahabubnagar district headquarters. Jitender submitted the petition against the hike- handed it over to the power department officials of the state.
Speaking on the occasion, he warned KCR that the people have been paying attention to the tactics and tricks being played by the TRS government and that the people would answer in the ballot paper. He also bashed the government of Telangana for blaming the central government regarding the spike in electricity bills.
Jitender Reddy further recalled that Union Minister Piyush Goyal had said that Rice would be bought. He said that the Telangana government is openly harming the farmers. Did they pay the electricity bills of Pragati Bhavan? he asked.
He explained that the petrol and diesel prices were rising because of international crude oil prices. Jitender Reddy said that the days of KCR’s tenure are over and the time when people of the state will oust him out of power is coming.
