What Next for TSPSC ???
- The system was neglected…
- Then Inter students…Today…unemployed youth!
- No respect for life of innocent youth!?
- Who’s answerable / responsible for TSPSC leakage!?
- What’s the cost for inefficiency & irresponsibility?
- No details available at TSPSC?
- No respect; No need to answer the questions of the public / Questions of Opposition party leaders!?
- IAS…then! But now…???
- Public Commission / Praveen Commission…!?

Tolivelugu Crime Bureau:
Any Government shall always focus on education & employment. That’s the main point, to avoid unnecessary political pressures and involvement, there shall be independent self-sustained organisations like Public Service Commission and even employees of that entity would also be offered the job opportunities ONLY after three rounds of interviews.
- But in the Telangana State there are lots complaints – that the public service commission has lost its respect with the interference of private people in its day to operations.
- Today, the very fact that three examination papers were leaked is an issue and is of disturbing factor for Telangana and for the unemployed youth of the state. The opposition questions the state government, how come in such big scam; only lower level employees are getting affected.
- The opposition parties demanding to know, why no action is taken on Chairman, B Janardhan Reddy and they are demanding to know about the difficulty for the government in taking action TSPSC Chairman. The parents of the students are re-calling about the different mistakes committed by Janardhan Reddy then and what role he played, even then.

When Janardhan Reddy was at the helm of affairs at Education department….
- In 2019, when the Intermediate board examination results were announced with so many errors and mistakes; 28 students have committed suicide. The opposition parties agree in one voice that person responsible is none other than Janardhan Reddy. He was holding a key position with the education department during that period.
- It was alleged that Janardhan Reddy hasn’t taken proper care, while handing over the entire job of handling the examination procedures. It was alleged that the software was handed over to one of the close relatives of a Minister, and due to low level of knowledge and mishandling of the data – ultimately lead to the death of more students.
- In spite of High Court’s intervention, no iota of remorse could be seen from anybody in the inter board…from top to bottom.
- Out of 9.74 lakhs of Intermediate students who have attended the examination about 3.28 lakh students have failed. It was alleged that due to the faulty software many students got their marks in single digit. 28 inter students committed suicide, as they were unable to bear the pressure. Also could not to get admissions in to Engineering & Medicine courses.
- All these issues were simply attributed to technical reasons. And no effort was in place by the authorities to enquire and either to recommend or to take corrective action. Surprisingly, no action was initiated either on the Secretary, Intermediate Board or on the Secretary, Education department. Moreover, till now, there is no responsible officer who can share any updates on that case.
Past glory need not be a parameter for future performance !?
The fact of the matter is that no one can survive based on their past glory…And There Are No Exceptions, including Janardhan Reddy…unfortunately!
- B Janardhan Reddy’s colleagues say that as an IAS officer, he got 100 marks for his work and performance. It’s a known fact that on formation of Telangana State, 8 departments were functioning under his able leadership. Janardhan Reddy, as an able administrator was given in charge of key positions…and he worked for 9 districts as District Collector.
- He was a recipient of many awards….and the crowning glory is that he has received the prestigious ‘Prime Minister’s Excellence’ Award. Yet…this is only one side of the coin…on the other…there are lots of complaints on his administration over the past four years. The man with a great reputation of identifying even the slightest change from the procedures and rules, today unfortunately, ran in to difficult times, may be because of political pressures and reasons.
- It was alleged that both Praveen and Rajasekhar Reddy, the TSPSC paper leakage accused got more freedom, ever since Janardhan Reddy took over the TSPSC as Chairman. Janardhan Reddy, who has got many awards and rewards during his illustrious career – was unable to find out the information about the accused and also not able to establish the reasons for the suicide of 28 inter students. And now, people started believing that he has fallen prey to the political pressures and also responsible for the falling levels of institutions of repute.
Who is responsible for the paper leakage ?
Generally in any independent entity, all the issues would be taken care and handled by the Secretary and Chairman ONLY. There are 5 levels of security cordon in the preparation of question papers. An officer would be designated as the in charge for the secret room. Locking system consists of coding and de coding. Currently, Sankara Lakshmi is the designated person in charge for the locking system. Then, all the pass words, pen drives and DVDs of the system would be released under the supervision of Secretary and Chairman ONLY. And NOW…the questions arise on how the Secretary was able to get access in to the system and how the contract employees were able to get hold of the entire system…and in this context, it is alleged that due to the Chairman’s negligence ONLY, this entire situation has come in to this level and gone out of control.
All fingers are now pointing towards Janardhan Reddy and comments are pouring in, on his inability in identifying the issue at the grass root level itself. Meanwhile, Revanth Reddy alleges that whatever the comments made by Minister KTR at Sircilla – the basis for them has come from the TSPSC only. Whereas the security aspects at TSPSC are as clear as mentioned, now the question arises…how come all the points, which are not in the public domain, have reached the Minister is the point of curiosity and root cause of discussions among the general public.
The investigating team of SIT is working on and NO information is getting out from their end. They are actively engaged in the custody and investigation aspects ONLY and collecting evidences. However, it was alleged that there may be hand of higher ups in the TSPSC, behind the intricate details about the village, mandal and the district wise – finding their way up to the minister.
