Secunderabad Railway Station is a daily destination for thousands of people. Such an area has become like a border for the country. Students who had been waiting for the Army exam for two years came to protest peacefully just to conduct the exam. However, their silent protest became somewhat violent. The trains were set on fire. The bikes were burned. Government and public property were destroyed. When asked about this, the students said that they had completed their physical and medical tests and had been waiting for over two years just to take the final exam.
They said they had come to protest peacefully and suspected that the clashes had erupted with the involvement of political parties, adding that their plan of carrying forward the peaceful protest was for two days. With these comments from the students, many suspicions are coming to the fore. Army job seekers seem to have circulated this message in advance in WhatsApp groups. BJP sources suspect that he gradually came to the Secunderabad station with a well-planned plan to stage protests and provoke riots.
Reacting to the incident, BJP state president Bandi Sanjay clarified that Army students were not involved in setting fire to railway bogies and creating havoc in Secunderabad. He reminded that the government had failed to control such vandalism and that the whole riots had nothing to do with Army students. He stated that it was the TRS and MIM goons who are are creating havoc in the pursuit of students. Bandi criticized that all this is being done according to a definite plan. Union Minister Kishan Reddy also revealed the same at a press conference. It is suspected that political parties were involved in the incident. They demanded that the state government investigate and reveal the facts.
The youths from various districts of Telangana reached Hyderabad on Thursday night. They all set up WhatsApp groups based on their district and shared information from time to time. Arrived at Secunderabad railway station on Thursday night for protest. Early on Friday morning, the youths outside the station protested for a while. In the process, they shattered bus windows. At around 9 o’clock, they rushed inside the Secunderabad station and sat on the rails blocking the trains. They then removed the stalls on the platform and smashed the mirrors of trains parked at the station. The goods were then brought to the railway parcel section and set ablaze on the tracks. The East Coast Express train was then set on fire. Additional forces arrived at the station in view of the severity of the situation. In this order, the agitators pelted them with stones. Railway police opened fire pointing toward the sky to have the situation in control, and they were already charging a baton to control the situation and applying tear gas to quell the unrest. A young man was killed and several others were injured in the incident.
BJP sources said that it was clear that most of the people in those groups were not students and many dressed up in such a way only to blame it on students. They also stated that the situation reminds them of the past in the places where PK earlier worked as the election strategist, and currently working in Telangana for the TRS party. They added that no matter where PK is, the riots erupt and the vandalism is inevitable. Students further mention that no matter in which state PK worked before, these riots were common, and even now there are protests in Bihar, where he hopes to become politically crucial. These students also suspect that their peaceful protest was led by the political party to destruction.
