“If you are a sensitive one, politics are not meant for you,” adviced Megastar
Seems like Megastar who is keeping a safe distance from politics has however, racked up the buzz with his recent statement. The actor who is on a tour in South India promoting his dream project ‘Sye Raa’ has made a few interesting statements in an interview with ‘Ananda Vikatan’, a renowned Tamil magazine. When asked about the political endeavours of his fellow actors Rajinikanth and Kamal Hassan, Chiranjeevi gave an answer which turned out to be a reality check for the actors who recently forayed into politics.
“Politics today is all about money and even I fell prey to the money lobbying in my constituency. Same happened to my brother Pawan Kalyan in the recent elections,” Chiranjeevi said. He then opened up sharing his experiences in the active politics and for the first time talked about Kamal and Rajini’s respective political careers. The ‘Sye Raa’ lead has advised Rajini and Kamal to stay away from politics. “I thought Kamal’s party would win this time which didn’t happen. I hope that they(Kamal and Rajinikanth) are not like me but, I highly advise them to stay away from politics,” he shared. Though Chiranjeevi’s statements are made in the context of a best friend’s opinion to the superstars, they became the eye of a storm on media. While the superstars including Pawan Kalyan are yet to respond on Chiru’s comments.
Kamal Haasan has launched his political party ‘Makkal Needhi Maiam’ and contested Lok Sabha polls from 37 constituencies while Rajinikanth is yet to make a sound decision on his political entry.
