The Indian film industry was one of the sectors which had a bad hit on thousands of artisans and technicians across the country. However, seems like the scenario triggered a killer idea for a young director who is no all busy filming the flick around the novel Coronavirus. Yes, you heard it right..!
Prasanth Varma, the young and talented director who rose to fame with his debutant film ‘Awe’ working on a movie based on the novel Coronavirus pandemic. According to the reports, Prasanth started working on the untitled project back in December itself while the spread of the disease is still in the budding stage.
Grapevine has it that Prashanth has completed shooting 50% of the movie as well and is waiting for the next scheduled to commence post the lockdown. If this news is to be believed, this would be the first Tollywood movie around a viral outbreak followed by Hollywood film ‘Contagion’ and Malayalam movie ‘Virus’.
