YSRTP president YS Sharmila said that Telangana is number one in the country in terms of unemployment. She said that her struggle will continue until the unemployed are given jobs. Her Prajaprasthanam Padayatra continued on Tuesday, the 74th day in Dammapeta Mandal of Bhadradri district. The expedition started at 9 am in Mallaram. Sharmila spoke at a sabha for the unemployed youth held at Apparavupeta from 12 noon to 4 pm.
She spoke about the late CM YS Rajasekhar Reddy for replacing 50,000 teacher jobs at once in the joint state, while criticizing KCR for failing to replace even 8,000 jobs during the eight-year rule. She went on to say that it is because of CM KCR that much unemployed youth committed suicide in Telangana. KCR has been criticized for being an incompetent CM who is unable to pay even the minimum unemployment benefit to the youth. Sharmila, also defended the situation of farmers, saying that all those farmers who didn’t cultivate paddy listening to CM KCR must be paid compensation for the losses.
She inspected the piles of dried grain on the road near Apparaupeta. On this occasion, she spoke to the farmers and found out their problems, adding that its time to reprimand KCR for cheating farmers. Sharmila stayed at Venkatadrigudem for the night.

Her Padayatra will start at 9.30 am on Wednesday the 75th day at Venkatadrigudem, then reach Kommugoodem village. She will participate in the ‘Raitu Gosa Dharna’ to be held at 10 am in Ramachandrapuram village. At 11 o’clock the Boggam Rajulagumpu will reach Naidupet via Modulagudem Cross Road and participate in the addressal event at Tatisubbannagudem at 4 p.m. The walk will continue at Thottipampu, Chalamappagudem, Mangapuram, and Ganeshpadu Cross Road at 5 pm.
